Picture Cutout Guide Portable, Make a Picture Collage!
"...this software is reliable and it does what it is intended to do. Compared to the usual method of separating objects from their original photos, this tool definitely does a better job plus it makes your image editing task less tedious." —Kent, (December 12, 2013)
"Furthermore, it comes with extensive tutorials (called “Demonstrations”) for most of the tasks it can complete. ... Thus, you can learn how to separate objects from backgrounds, how to add various background effects, remove certain items from a picture, create photo montages or straighten up skewed photographs." —Gabriela Vatu, (Dec 23, 2015)
"If the trial was not limited and allowed me to use all facilities, I think I would end up hooked enough to purchase." —deliriousdiva (a user), (April 25, 2012)
Picture Cutout Guide separates solid objects from an arbitrary background and transfers them to another photo.
Applies background effects: "monochrome" and "color" with the selected color; "shadow" and "blur" with the selected density.
