XLaunchpad Portable, a home for your apps!
"Windows users envious of the Launchpad in OS X will find a lot to like in XWidget Software's XLaunchpad. This free applications lets PC users customize their computer desktops using an attractive icon-driven interface that makes launching programs and opening folders a snap. ...it's a solid addition to the Windows environment." —Jeffrey L. Wilson, PCMag.com (November 05, 2012)
"The app is, by many accounts, a good way to launch apps or open folders. Of course, you might be in the habit of launching apps from the start menu or just double clicking a shortcut on your desktop, but this app gives you the added advantage of launching several apps at once and organizing them into multiple pages." —Fatima Wahab, addictivetips.com (March 05, 2012)
"If you are excited for Windows 8, and can’t wait to get rid of your Start menu now, you should check Xlaunchpad, which allows you to have a very Mac-like program launcher on Windows." —Dave LeClair, MakeUseof.com (March 10, 2012)
XLaunchpad is designed to do one thing: Help you better manage your desktop and it does its job well.
